    Beschreibung Derzeit kommt es zur Problemen mit dem Versand zu Kunden deren E-Mail Adresse bei hotmail sowie Live liegt.

    Momentan werden alle E-Mails die zu Hotmail oder Live - Kunden gehen nicht durchgestellt.

    Da der Support von Hotmail bzw. Live (Microsoft) nur von Montag bis Freitag zu erreichen ist, bleibt uns sowie Ihnen nur die möglichkeit auf Montag zu warten. Erst dann haben wir auch neue News und können das Problem mit Microsoft klären bzw. beheben.

    Somit ist es für die manche Kunden nicht möglich Antworten auf Support Tickets zu erhalten, oder z.B.: die Passwort Vergessen funktion zu nutzen. Daher bitten wir dann in den Livesupport zu Joinen.
